An Australian short film about the irremovable marks we leave on each other, that no one else can see.

After a five year absence, Marie's old sweetheart, Ben, shows up unexpectedly in their small town home. With limited time, Ben - stuck in remembering how it used to be - tries to get back to that place. But Marie, five years changed, struggles with the familiarity. How easily you can slip back into a former self - but you can't stay there. How different it all really is. Ben leaves resolute that he'll return to his old life. Marie is left knowing it doesn't (or can't) exist anymore.

'no body, not even the rain, has such small hands.'
- e e cummings.
